1. conditions of participation   

Participation in the competition of myhood GmbH, Ebertystr. 21, 10249 Berlin, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.   

2. procedure of the competition   

The duration of the sweepstakes is from 13.09.2022, 10:00 am to 17.09.2022, 6:00 pm.   

3. participation   

(a) In order to participate in the competition, free registration (creation of a user profile) on www.myhood.com including the creation and publication of a vehicle profile is required. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Registrations received after the closing date will not be considered.   

Prerequisite for participation:   

Be a member of the "Automechanika 22 - Virtual Parking Lot" club on MyHood.   

Follow the following brands on MyHood: Automechanika Frankfurt, Sachs Performance 

Users who register via the link www.Myhood.com/am22/parkplatz automatically fulfill the requirements. However, this must be checked by the user.

The requirements must be met for the duration of the competition.  

By participating, the participant agrees that the winner will be published on the Myhood pages and other digital channels.  

(b) Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.   

(c) Participation in the Contest is free of charge.   

(4) Eligible participants   

(a) Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services for which a charge is made.   

(b) Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.   

(c) All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator or the organizer of Automechanika as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example   

i. in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,   

ii. in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,   

iii. in the event of dishonest conduct, or   

iv. in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.   

5. prize, notification and transmission of the prize   

(a) The following prizes will be awarded:   

i.    1st prize: In-stock parts of your choice worth a total of 2,000 EUR from the brands SACHS, SACHS Performance. You have the free choice, we pay and send the parts to your home (within Germany, except islands).   

(b) The winner will be determined by a random draw. The winner will be selected after the closing date from among all participants who meet the requirements under points 2 to 4.   

(c) The winner of the draw will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via a separate email.   

(d) The prize will only be handed over to the winner or to the legal representative of a minor winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible, nor can the prize be converted into other products.   

(e) Any costs incurred for the shipment of the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.   

(f) If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.   

(6) Termination of the competition   

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the sweepstakes from running as planned.

9. legal process   

(a) The lottery of the operator is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.   

(b) Legal recourse is excluded. Unless a prize promise expressly made by the operator is in dispute, this may be the subject of legal proceedings.

(d) The legal process is excluded.   

(10) Severability clause   

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected thereby. Instead of the ineffective provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.   

11. note on data protection  

With your participation you accept that personal data of you will be processed by the operator (and, if applicable, supplement) in order to inform you about the competition and to be able to send you a possible prize. In addition, you consent to us publishing your name on MyHood.com and other social media channels in the event that you win.
