Conditions of Participation "Public Voting" TTG 

1. conditions of participation 

Participation in the competition organised by myhood GmbH, Mehringdamm 57, 10961 Berlin, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. 

2. procedure of the competition 

The competition runs from 08.11.2021, 21:15 hrs to 10.11.2021, 23:55 hrs. 

Participation takes place by casting a vote (voting) for a vehicle of a participant in the Tuning Trophy Germany on DMAX. 

(a) Voting period ("Voting") 

i. From 08.11.2021, 21:15 hrs to 10.11.2021, 23:55 hrs, users have the opportunity online at www.myhood.com/awards/ttg to cast a vote for a vehicle ("to vote"). Users may also vote for their own vehicle. 

(b) Award ceremony  

i.    On 15.11.2021 at 21:15 the winner of the TTG will be announced during the broadcast Tuning Trophy Germany on DMAX. At the same time, the winner of the "Audience Voting" competition will be determined. The winner will either be announced during the broadcast or informed by e-mail. 

3 Participation 

(a) In order to participate in the competition, free registration (creation of a user profile) on www.myhood.com including the creation and publication of a vehicle profile is required. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

(b) Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses or multiple Facebook or Google profiles to increase your chances of winning. 

(c) Participation in the competition is free of charge. 

(4) Eligibility 

(a) The competition is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany and over the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services for which a charge is made. 

(b) Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required. 

(c) All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator or the organiser of the TTG as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example 

i. in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, 

ii. in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, 

iii. in the event of dishonest conduct, or 

iv. in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

5. winning, notification and transmission of the prize 

(a) The following prizes will be awarded: 

i.    1st prize:  

"Max's racing team, the Haupt Racing Team, will invite the winner of the vote and a companion to a DTM race in the 2022 season (which one has not yet been determined. Or otherwise: can still be chosen). The winner and his or her companion will get a very exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the racing team, be allowed into the pits, have access to the team radio and, of course, get a meet & greet with the drivers."

(c) The winners of the raffle will be informed of their prize in a timely manner via a separate email. 

(d) The prize will only be handed over to the winner or the legal representative of a minor winner. An exchange, self-collection or cash payment of the prize is not possible. 

(f) If the winner does not respond after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant. 

(6) Termination of the competition 

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook. 

8. legal process 

(a) The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. 

(b) Legal recourse is excluded. Unless a prize promise expressly made by the operator is in dispute, this may be the subject of legal proceedings.

(9) Severability clause 

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation shall not be affected thereby. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
